THE BAR |
The bar opens EVERY DAY, serving 3 traditional ales, 2 draught lagers, stout and cider. Plus a fine
range of wines, spirits, bottled beers and bottled lagers, plus a comprehensive range of alcohol free
drinks, including tea and coffee. Top quality, but simple, meals are served at certain times of the day.
In a corner of the pub we have an ATM (Cash Machine) for your convenience. There is a charge of
£1.35 per transaction.

CHILDREN: we offer no facilities for the under 18's other than SATURDAY and SUNDAY LUNCHTIMES.

THE COTTAGE |
An independant and quiet room away from the hubbub of the public house where we can seat 8 in comfort,
10 nicely and 12 at a squeeze! There is a sporting theme with tickets from various sporting events around
the world in frames on the walls, a board for an ice hockey 'chalk talk', a damaged HCBC blade and a few
photographs to maintain the sports theme.

Our small and cosy meeting room, may be reserved for LUNCH, SUPPER, BUSINESS MEETINGS, CLUB
MEETINGS, DISCUSSION CLUBS, SEMINARS etc. with or without LUNCH or SUPPER.

COURTYARD |
Rustic wooden bench seats and tables painted in a variety of deep yellow hues, patio heaters, a rolling roof
and a vine covered pergola are the suprise that awaits the adventurous 'punter'. We are able to reserve parts
of the courtyard to accommodate groups to meet or eat. (9,18,22,27). |

BARBECUE |
Year round there is a gas fired barbecue available with staff service or for a 'cook your own' group.
Through "R.R.Alden & Son" we can provide steaks, fresh cuts of marinaded lamb, chicken, pork sausages with
chips,baked potatoes, salads. Debbie will try to meet any of your 'culinary digestif' requirements! |
