If you are considering an afternoon visit to the fabulous R&C in July or August,
then please contact us and we'll arrange a big welcome for you - arms outstretched etc.!

DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS: July to September we do not cook SUNDAY LUNCH
(unless you order before the Wednesday preceeding)
OUR LICENSE states:
NO ENTRY AFTER MIDNIGHT
 
     The COURTYARD must close every night at 11pm.
     
      The 2003 licensing act (implemented November 24th 2005) offers publicans freedom to open and close
(within certain parameters), WHENEVER THEY WISH - please be advised and CHECK FIRST.

    AFTERNOONS: any day that we find ourselves with NO customers, it is likely that we'll close the front door
and re-open around 4.45 pm. [The EARLY WARNING SYSTEM: I have a list of 'late afternoon/early evening'
customer email adresses whom I inform if this occurs. If you would like to be added to the list, contact us  here
and I'd be happy to add (in confidence!) your email address to our system!]
     HIGH DAYS & HOLIDAYS: refer to the diary for any variations.

27/28/29/30th: 10am - 2.30pm and 5pm - Midnight
(afternoons by appointment!)
KITCHEN: Midday - 2.15 and 6pm - 9pm
(Roast lunch (30th) served from 1.00pm)
NEW YEARS EVE: 10am - 2.30pm and 7pm (no entry after 11pm!) - late)
KITCHEN: Midday - 3.15 ONLY (CLOSED PM)
NEW YEARS DAY: Midday - 3.30pm and 5pm - 11pm
KITCHEN: Midday - 2.15 and 6pm - 9pm
